Catur (43), a resident of Jatinegara Kaum Urban Village, Pulogadung admitted that it was very helpful to have this emission test. He knew it when he crossed Jalan Pemuda. That was why, he immediately pulled his vehicle aside and joined the queue.
"Thank God, I see the free emission test and near my house," he admitted.
Moreover, he agreed with fines for vehicles that failed the emission test, to help overcome global warming and air pollution due to vehicle exhaust gases.
